For buying tickets online

1. Background

  • Delight Entertainment is a unique brand of RAVZ Entertainment Group s.r.o
  • Delight Entertainment is the organizer of all events listed on this website and sells tickets through this platform.

 

The pre-sale of tickets for events offered by RAVZ Entertainment Group s.r.o is governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions of RAVZ Entertainment Group, Karpatske namestie 10a, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia (hereinafter RAVZ). When ordering entrance tickets or vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "tickets"), the customer instructs RAVZ to arrange the purchase of tickets, including electronic delivery and payment.

 

2. Grounds of the Agreement

When ordering each ticket, contractual relations regarding attendance of the event arise exclusively between the ticket buyer (hereinafter referred to as the customer) and the relevant organizer. The offer to conclude an agreement is made by the customer as soon as he/she has placed an online ticket order (by clicking the button). When attending an event, separate rules and conditions of the respective organizer and venue are regularly applied.

 

3. Services provided

Simultaneously with the purchase of the ticket in accordance with Section 2, an agreement is concluded between the customer and RAVZ for the execution of this pre-sale of the ticket. RAVZ provides the buyer with the delivery of the tickets purchased by him/her, depending on the specifications and the choice of the customer.

 

4. Prices and fees

When making a ticket purchase, the customer is charged a pre-booking fee (usually 0% to 5% of the ticket price, including VAT), the so-called service fees. During the booking process, the customer confirms the ultimate ticket prices indicated there, the cost of delivery and service.

 

5. Payment and delivery

Suggested payment methods

When buying tickets online, RAVZ offers payment by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express), by IMMEDIATE transfer. The corresponding invoice provided by the customer is debited when the order is accepted.

 

6. Purchase and resale tickets

Commercial resale of tickets is allowed only with the RAVZ's consent. Tickets are sold exclusively for ultimate customers.

 

7. Admission

Each valid ticket allows the ultimate buyer to attend the event booked by him/her. Admission is only available to those customers who can present a valid ticket. This means that acceptance against the presentation of an order confirmation or invoice is excluded, unless otherwise explicitly stated or agreed.

 

8. Warranty

The warranty claims of the customer for the provision of services organized by RAVZ (pre-sale of tickets) exist exclusively in relation to this organizer. In addition, RAVZ is responsible for the actual holding and/or organization of the event, as well as for the refund of the cost of tickets paid in case of cancellation or postponement of the event.

 

9. Postponement or cancellation of the event

If the event is postponed or cancelled, all customer claims must be submitted directly to the relevant organizer (the information will be communicated to the customer by e-mail in advance). RAVZ will try to resolve all issues that arise in the interests of the customer. The service fees incurred as a result of the ordering process are not reimbursed.

 

10. Right of cancellation and refund; right to recall

In the case of agreements on provision of services in connection with leisure activities, if a specific date of the provision is provided for in the agreement, the consumers do not have the right to refuse. This means that each ticket order becomes mandatory immediately after confirmation by RAVZ and obliges you to immediately accept and pay for the booked tickets.

Current information about postponements and cancellations:  Due to COVID-19, many events are currently being cancelled or postponed. We receive numerous requests from customers who would like to know the current status of their event. Not the ticket, but the organizer decides whether and when the event will be postponed. In most cases, other dates will be assigned for cancelled events, and tickets will remain valid for the new dates. In this case, you don't need to do anything — just save the tickets. We will inform you as soon as an alternative date is determined.

 

If you are unable to attend an event on an alternative date, the organizer will decide whether there will be an opportunity to cancelled and conditions of cancelling.

The organizer decides whether we can refund or you will receive a voucher. We do our best to carry out the organization and processing with the organizers appropriate for our customers.

RAVZ Entertainment Group, represented by DeLight Entertainment, holds concerts in 12 countries and the refund rules vary from the country of the concert.

12. Promo code

According to the Promo code, the customer can get a discount. Resale of Promo Codes is not allowed.

 

13. Special conditions for digital tickets

The customer prints the purchased tickets himself/herself, the uniqueness of the ticket is in the printed barcode, which is checked and confirmed by a manual scanner at the entrance to the event. Ensuring the readability of the barcode during access control is the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to have tickets printed with print@home with. The Customer is obliged to ensure the safety of the ticket from being copied by third parties. If the customer loses and/or uses the ticket for other purposes, he has no right to attend the event and is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Commercial resale of tickets purchased under print@home to third parties is prohibited. Otherwise, the ticket seller will lose the right to attend the event. The ticket seller also loses the right to refund the cost of the ticket or the fees incurred for tickets. In case of duplicate tickets, the buyer/seller of tickets is responsible for any damage. In addition, criminal prosecution is carried out in all cases by contacting local authorities (illegal receipt of services, fraud, forgery of documents).

 

14. Payment by credit card

RAVZ charges customers with credit card payments on its own behalf and at the expense of the respective operator. In the case of a proper credit card payment, an unauthorized refund may mean that the payment for the ticket order has not been received on time. In this case, RAVZ has the right, but is not obliged, to withdraw from the agreement and cancel the order. If the ticket is already in the customer's possession at the time of the proposed rebooking, it loses its validity. In addition, RAVZ has the right to charge the customer the bank fees incurred plus the corresponding service fee. In this case, RAVZ reserves the right to pay the fees due under the agreement. Any further claims by RAVZ for damages in connection with their contractual relationship remain valid.

 

15. Dispute Resolution Procedure

RAVZ is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before the Consumer Arbitration Council. The EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

16. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Slovakia is applied exclusively, with the exception of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG – United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
